Ayric’s Biography
Manouchehr Hajilou (Persian: منوچهر حاجیلو; born 17 June 1987), better known as Ayric (Persian: آیریک), is an Iranian musician, singer and composer
He is graduated from Tehran Music Conservatory in the field of composition.
He composed and arranged several songs for various artists and started to work in recording studio with many professional musicians, singers and also worked in narration and theater music projects.
Early life
Ayric was born in Tehran, Iran. He and his family lived in Ekbatan. He began writing poetry and songwriting as a teenager and began learning the guitar and singing at the age of 15.
He studied and developed in the field of composing, arranging music and singing and studied Music composition and classical singing in Tehran Conservatory of Music. Then he moved to Italy, where he still resides.[1]
Music career
Due to many problems, including the lack of freedom and basic human rights, as well as due to the existence of many restrictions and obstacles for music activities, he was forced to emigrate.
Before moving to Italy, his last performance in Iran was in October 2016 in Tehran.[2]
In 2017 Ayric graduated from Tehran Conservatory of Music in the field of composition
In 2018 when he moved to Italy, he has many performances on the stages in Rome.[3][4]
and a performance on the Radio HBW in Magdeburg, Germany.[5][6]
He was invited in the Concert of “Con il Cuore” a program of the Italian tv Rai1, In this program Ayric was defended the human rights for Iranian, and he informed about the lack of freedom to choose religion and lifestyle in Iran.[7][8]
In 2019, he worked and sang on the song “Incontrare te” (English: To meet you) (Persian: ملاقات با تو) with an Italian Artist Giulia Briziarelli, and Terus and Clement from Nigeria, this song is in Italian and English.[9][10][11][12]
In 2022, Ayric released the song “Zendegi zibast” (English: Life is Beautiful) (Persian: زندگی زیباست).[13]
In 2023, in support of Iranian protests around the world for the “Women Life Freedom” movement, he released the song “Bidari” English: Awakeness) (Persian: بیداری).[14][15]
